MIM MATERIALS PORTFOLIO
Meta Build Industries engineers precision MIM components using a rigorously selected portfolio of high-performance alloys trusted by aerospace, medical, defence, and automotive industries worldwide.
ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE
At Meta Build Industries, material selection is the foundation of every MIM project. The right feedstock determines mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, magnetic properties, and dimensional accuracy directly impacting your component’s performance and longevity.
Each alloy is qualified to meet precise tensile strength, hardness, and fatigue specifications required by your industry and application.
We select materials with proven corrosion resistance profiles — from marine-grade stainless steel to superalloys for extreme environments.
Soft magnetic alloys and iron-nickel grades are precisely selected for electromagnetic performance in sensors, actuators, and solenoids.
Superalloys and tool steels are specified for components operating under elevated temperatures, thermal cycling, and oxidising atmospheres.
Medical and dental-grade materials are selected for full biocompatibility — ISO 10993 and FDA compliance for implantable and surgical devices.
Every material is sourced with full batch traceability, material test certificates, and compliance to international standards (ASTM, DIN, JIS).

FULL MATERIAL PORTFOLIO
We work with a carefully selected range of MIM-grade metal alloys each chosen for specific mechanical, thermal, and chemical performance requirements across the industries we serve.
STAINLESS STEEL
Excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive environments. The preferred MIM grade for medical devices, dental instruments, food-contact components, and marine hardware requiring biocompatibility and surface quality.
STAINLESS STEEL
Precipitation-hardening grade delivering high tensile strength combined with good corrosion resistance. Widely specified for aerospace structural components, defence parts, and high-performance industrial applications.
STAINLESS STEEL
Martensitic grade offering high hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment. Preferred for precision cutlery, surgical blades, firearms components, and industrial tooling requiring sharp edges and durability.
LOW-ALLOY STEEL
Superior strength and toughness after sintering and heat treatment. Delivers high-volume production efficiency with excellent hardenability widely used for automotive gear components, lock mechanisms, and industrial fasteners.
SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY
High magnetic permeability alloy engineered for electromagnetic applications. Optimal for solenoid cores, relay components, magnetic sensors, and precision actuators where consistent magnetic performance is critical batch-to-batch.
SUPERALLOY
Exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance for demanding aerospace and energy applications. MIM processing enables complex geometries in superalloys that are unachievable through conventional machining.
TITANIUM ALLOY
Biocompatible, lightweight, and high-strength titanium grade preferred for medical implants and aerospace structures. Delivers an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio with full biocompatibility for surgical and load-bearing applications.
TOOL STEEL
High hardness and superior wear resistance for cutting tools, die inserts, and precision tooling components. MIM enables complex tool steel geometries with consistent mechanical properties that reduce machining time and costs.
